How to make your lips kissably soft

1. Get a soft toothbrush and some body lotion.
2. Wet your soft toothbrush with some water
3. Put a little bit of lotion on your toothbrush so it covers it all
4. Gently and slowly brush your lips.
5. Keep your lips closed when you do this so you don't get any lotion in your mouth.
6. Keep rubbing your lips very gently with the lotion covered toothbrush for 2 minutes.
7. After 2 minutes wipe your lips with a wet wash cloth.
8. Put some chapstick on your lips.
