- Get a soft toothbrush and some body lotion.
- Wet your soft toothbrush with some water
- Put a little bit of lotion on your toothbrush so it covers it all
- Gently and slowly brush your lips.
- Keep your lips closed when you do this so you don't get any lotion in your mouth.
- Keep rubbing your lips very gently with the lotion covered toothbrush for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes wipe your lips with a wet wash cloth.
- Put some chapstick on your lips.
